Professional vehicle imaging, built from the dealership side
AutoLoom Media was built after seeing the same problem firsthand inside real dealership workflow: teams were already taking plenty of vehicle photos, but keeping them clean, consistent and listing-ready still took too much time. We built AutoLoom to close that gap.
Why AutoLoom?
Auto comes from the world we work in: vehicles and dealerships.
Loom comes from a weaving loom — something that takes separate threads and brings them together into one complete piece.
That idea fits what AutoLoom does. We bring vehicle imagery, media, brand presentation and dealership workflow together into one consistent digital experience, instead of leaving them as separate jobs handled in separate places.
AutoLoom Media — Weaving Automotive Stories.
Built from inside the workflow, not from outside it
The problem was seen firsthand. Dealership teams were already photographing every vehicle — but getting those photos clean, consistent and ready to publish still took more time than anyone had. AutoLoom exists to remove that step, not to add another tool on top of it.
Four things we keep coming back to
Real dealership workflow
The product is shaped around how a store actually moves inventory — photos taken on the lot between other jobs, vehicles that need to be online today, and handoffs between the people who shoot, review and publish.
Less repetitive photo work
The slow part was never taking the photos. It was the editing afterwards, one image at a time. A whole vehicle goes through in one pass, and only the photos that need another look get redone.
Consistent inventory presentation
A lot that looks like one considered set reads as more professional than any single retouched photo. One environment per dealer is what makes that possible across hundreds of vehicles.
Built to support the team
Roles, a shared library and clear per-vehicle status mean the work stays visible to everyone involved — not locked in one person's head or one person's laptop.
Our principles
Trust first
Imagery should help buyers trust a dealership, not mislead them. We improve presentation and preserve the real vehicle.
Consistency wins
A lot that looks like one considered set reads as more professional than any single retouched photo.
Built for the lot
Real dealership workflows, real vehicles, real constraints — the product is shaped around how dealers actually work.
A workspace that keeps growing
AI Studio is live today: upload a vehicle's photo set, process it, review it and publish. 360 Studio, guided on-the-lot Capture and Reels Studio for short-form vehicle media are what we're building next.
